Welding robot
Our welding robot, which has been in operation at Scheuch COMPONENTS GmbH since 2021, now has an additional feature! By integrating a linear axis for the robot into the welding cell, our partner company can now process even larger components (up to 1410mm ⌀). In future, Scheuch will produce around 1800 components per year with the help of our welding robot, using several hundred different programs. Since the introduction of our system, it has established itself as an indispensable part of the production environment.
