The ACS – “Automated Control System” is an operator guidance and process control software for the dynamic management of process steps and assembly work and for quality data assurance.
The software includes the connection to the in-house ERP system (e.g. SAP) as well as communication with the machines and system control (e.g. Simatic PLC or Kuka robots).
The assembly processes can either be reported back to the ERP system and/or logged and printed out for documentation with actual data from the production system and/or with notes and images.
The associated increase in quality increases transparency and traceability.
