We have developed a highly flexible milling and drilling system for machining large and complex fiber-reinforced composite components. The fully automated robotic cell combines multiple machining processes and ensures short cycle times, high process reliability, and maximum flexibility. 🤖
Two rotating machining stations enable parallel machining and reloading. While the robot is working on one station, the second can already be prepared for the next job. This reduces downtime to a minimum. ⚙️
An automatic 30-position tool changer with barcode identification handles job-specific tool selection. Components and machining programs are automatically recognized, process data is monitored in real time, and relevant results are transmitted to the ERP system. 📊
Dust, chips, and residue are removed directly during the process: A closed extraction booth, a hopper system, and a waste conveyor belt with compressed air assistance ensure clean and safe working conditions.
