Social sustainability


Our employees are our most valuable asset. For this reason, we take the opportunity to pay tribute to our employees. Performance-related pay, joint activities, work in beautiful surroundings, drinks and fruit for free withdrawal, pension insurance and continuous training ensure motivated employees.

The well-being of our employees is close to our hearts, so we want to recognize and act. With this in mind, we have been implementing the “Workplace Health Promotion” project together with the Upper Austrian Regional Health Insurance Fund since 2015. Our goal is to maintain or even improve health and well-being at work.

On 06.02.2018 we were awarded the BGF (Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung) seal of approval!


We assume social responsibility towards society in a variety of ways. We sponsor clubs and events in our region and have set up our own AGS_Social Fund. This money is used to help those in need. In addition, there are some contact points with whom we are in contact and who inform us about emergencies.

We are an educational partner of the HTL Ried and Braunau and support the schools financially and with our know-how in joint projects.

In the educational catalog of the Hot Spot Innviertel, which was generated for schools from the 5th grade, we participate as a provider of various educational opportunities in the field of technology/innovation.

In addition, it is a great need for us to live voluntariness as a company and to motivate our employees to this end. We allow employees, of course within reason, free time to volunteer. The management as well as the employees are aware of their social responsibility and are involved in choirs, the parish council, the volunteer fire department, sports clubs and the Red Cross.
