Apprentice cooperation
Three apprentices from Scheuch will be with us from July 2 to 4 as part of our joint “Apprentice Exchange Program” and will be taking part in an exciting TIA workshop. TIA, the “Totally Integrated Automation Portal”, is the programming environment for Siemens S7 controllers. Our technical manager, Wolfgang Stauber, will be teaching the budding mechatronics engineers the basics until the end of the week. The future TIA experts can immediately test the theoretical knowledge they have learned with practical exercises on a system model.
The AGS apprentices are also regular guests at the Scheuch “Stage blue” training center, where they can take advantage of extended opportunities in metalworking.
We have been offering this innovative further development in vocational training since October 2023. The “apprentice cooperation” gives apprentices in electrical engineering professions at Scheuch and our metal technology and mechatronics apprentices the unique opportunity to complete parts of their training in a completely new environment with other trainers. Both companies are firmly convinced that this partnership will create synergies that will, among other things, enable the apprentices to work across disciplines.
We wish the three Scheuch employees, Julian, Julius and Emil, an exciting workshop and a great time with us!
