Berufserlebnistage 2025 – Event Recap
🦾 The Berufserlebnistage (Career Experience Days) in Ried on November 21 and 22, 2025, were a complete success for us. We were very pleased with the number of visitors and enjoyed many interesting conversations. Hands-on high-tech worked perfectly – the young people (and children) clearly enjoyed watching a robot at work, letting electricity flow through our apprentice wall, and asking questions about our apprenticeships.
💙 A huge thank you to our strong trade fair team Paul, Jens, Felix, and Jasmin – you conveyed the AGS spirit perfectly. Special thanks also go to Sepp for his support in setting up and dismantling the stand, and to the whole team who helped with the preparations. It was also great to see so many AGS employees stop by our stand. Without you, our trade fair appearance would not have been possible or so much fun! 🙌
Many young people came to find out about our apprenticeships in metal technology, mechatronics, application development – coding, information technology, and mechanical engineering design. It was clear to see how exciting our industry is for the next generation – and that makes us particularly happy, of course.
We now hope that many future AGS employees will apply for our apprenticeships starting in September 2026 over the next few weeks.
This fall, we are hiring:
• Mechatronics apprentice – main module: automation technology (m/f/d)
• Metal technology apprentice – main module: mechanical engineering (m/f/d)
