Ferdinand Vranka
We are delighted to welcome Ferdinand Vranka, aka Ferdi, as the new Head of Mechanical Assembly at AGS. 🦾
He joined us in mid-September and brings with him a wealth of experience, a broad overview, and a calm demeanor—exactly what you need when complex systems are being set up in-house or at a customer’s premises.
What does a workshop manager actually do? 🤔
In short, Ferdi plans and coordinates the assemblies, ensures that components are correctly positioned, that materials and tools are in the right place at the right time, and that quality, deadlines, and safety are all in order. He keeps track of processes, coordinates closely with design, electrical engineering, and project management, and leads his team with clarity and a sense of responsibility.
As a family man with two children, good teamwork is important to him – and that’s exactly what he exemplifies here. Teamwork, appreciation, respect, and genuine enjoyment of work are highly valued at AGS, and Ferdi has fit in perfectly from day one.
