AGS Social Fund: €2,860 for Future for Children ❤️🤝
For us, sustainability is not just a marketing buzzword, but an integral part of our business activities. It encompasses economic stability, social commitment, and environmental responsibility, and is deeply rooted in our corporate culture 🌱
Throughout the year, we collect donations from the team in our social fund. Our CEO and founder Walter Kohlbauer doubles the amount at the end of the year. This year (2025-26), €1,430 from the team turned into €2,860 🙌
📚 The money goes to our heartfelt project: the “Help for Self-Help” project in Tanzania with Future for Children. We are supporting the construction of a school, a teacher’s house, and infrastructure such as drinking water wells and first aid facilities 💧🩺 Because for us, sustainability also means creating opportunities!
🙌 In addition, we have been supporting charitable institutions and projects as well as regional volunteer work and education since 2006. For example:
• Our employees’ clubs such as music bands, theater groups, sports clubs, fire departments, etc.
• Schools (HTL support associations, class sponsorships, etc.) as well as initiatives and events to promote STEM subjects
• The children’s prevention project and book “Flossen weg!” (Fins away!)
• Acute social emergencies, often mediated through close contacts with local institutions
For AGS, economic success is inextricably linked to social responsibility.🤝
