AGS on the road: Guided tour at KUKA with the WINTERSTEIGER Group in Augsburg 
Last week, we had the great pleasure of welcoming the WINTERSTEIGER Group, an Upper Austrian equipment expert for technically demanding niche markets such as field trial technology, ski service and rental, and wood processing, to an exclusive factory tour at our long-standing partner KUKA in Augsburg. A day full of innovation, technology, and inspiring insights!
Highlights of the tour- Autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) – we were able to experience live how KUKA AMRs navigate, detect obstacles, and move through production and logistics areas. These intelligent robots drive automation forward and enable flexible, efficient material flows.
- Welding with KUKA robot systems – groundbreaking robotic welding solutions, precision, and process reliability demonstrated up close. An impressive insight into the interplay of hardware, control, and application.
Our partnership KUKA & AGSAGS has been working closely with KUKA for over 10 years to implement highly specialized automation and robotics solutions. This long-standing cooperation is reflected in numerous joint projects, in quality and in innovative strength. Currently also in the renewed confirmation as a KUKA system partner and the 2025 certification.
