From our site in Aurolzmünster in the Innviertel region of Upper Austria, we develop individual automation solutions for industrial companies across many sectors. We combine proven technologies with digital tools and create production systems that can be adapted specifically to processes, products and future requirements.
Automation
Automation forms the technical foundation of efficient production processes.
We automate individual process steps as well as complete production lines. To do so, we combine mechanics, electrical engineering, PLC control and software into individually tailored solutions. The range extends from handling and palletising through packaging, assembly and welding to CNC automation, machining and special-purpose machinery.
The goal is production with high availability, stable processes and as little manual intervention as possible. We consider not only performance and cycle time, but also ease of operation, energy efficiency, expandability and the long-term operation of the system.
Robotics
Robotics brings flexibility, precision and repeatability to automated processes.
AGS integrates industrial robots to suit each application and production environment. They take on tasks such as handling, palletising, packaging, welding, milling, drilling, grinding or assembly. Robots, gripping technology, sensors, machine vision and safety concepts are combined into a coordinated robot solution.
Robotics opens up new possibilities, especially with changing products, complex motion sequences or physically demanding tasks. At the same time, employees can be relieved of monotonous, heavy or ergonomically unfavourable work.
Industrial Data
Industrial Data connects physical production with its digital information.
Machine and process data are captured, structured and made available wherever they are needed. With the modular ACS software from AGS, process control, quality assurance, order management, worker guidance and ERP integration, among others, can be linked together.
This creates seamless information flows between production and business systems. Production states become more transparent, processes more traceable, and data can be used for quality, traceability and further process optimisation.
