The challenge: The usable side of the planks is randomly oriented on the pallets. In the end, this must result in a neatly aligned, bundled and ready-to-ship package.

Randomly aligned board packages are transformed into a commissioned, correctly oriented, and ready-to-ship product package, including sub-construction and accessories.
The process:
Plank bundles are automatically stored, separated, inspected via vision scan, turned if necessary, built up layer by layer and then automatically bundled, strapped and labelled.
