We are very pleased to welcome Ferdinand Vranka aka Ferdi as the new Head of Mechanical Assembly at AGS. 🦾
He has been with us since mid-September and brings a lot of experience, overview and composure – exactly what is needed when complex systems are being set up in-house or at the customer's site.

What does a workshop manager actually do? 🤔
Briefly explained: Ferdi plans and coordinates the assemblies, ensures that components fit correctly, that materials and tools are in the right place at the right time and that quality, deadlines and safety are met. He keeps an overview of processes, coordinates closely with design, electrical engineering and project management and leads his team with clarity and a sense of responsibility.

As a family man with two children, a good sense of community is important to him – and that's exactly what he exemplifies here. Team play, appreciation, respect and genuine joy in work are of high priority at AGS, and Ferdi has fit in perfectly since day one.

His words: “I am excited to see what the future brings and look forward to getting to know you all better. Thank you for the warm welcome to the AGS team!”

A warm welcome to the AGS family, Ferdi!
We look forward to many exciting projects and a great collaboration.
