Three apprentices from the Scheuch company are visiting us from 02 to 04 July as part of our joint "Apprentice Exchange Programme" and are taking part in an exciting TIA workshop. TIA, the "Totally Integrated Automation Portal", is the programming environment for Siemens S7 controllers. Our Technical Director, Wolfgang Stauber, is teaching basic knowledge to the aspiring mechatronics technicians until the end of the week. The future TIA experts can immediately test their newly acquired theoretical knowledge through practical exercises on a plant model.
AGS apprentices also regularly visit the Scheuch training centre "Stage blue", where they can take advantage of advanced opportunities in metal processing. We have been offering this innovative development in vocational training since October 2023. Through this "apprentice cooperation", trainees in electrical engineering professions from Scheuch and our metal technology and mechatronics apprentices are given the unique opportunity to complete parts of their training in a completely new environment with different instructors. Both companies are firmly convinced that this partnership creates synergies that allow apprentices to work across different disciplines.
