From October 2023, we are opening up an exciting new dimension in apprentice training. Our
metal technology and mechatronics apprentices at AGS and the electrical professionals from Scheuch will have the unique opportunity to complete parts of their training in a completely new environment.
AGS apprentices will regularly spend time at the Scheuch "Stage blue" training centre, where they can take advantage of advanced metalworking facilities to perfect their practical skills. At Scheuch, they have access to a wide range of state-of-the-art machinery, allowing them to learn turning, milling, edging and bending from the ground up.
Scheuch apprentices in electrotechnical professions gain exciting insights into the world of programming and digital innovations at AGS Engineering. We promote the personal responsibility of the apprentices by allowing them to work on their own projects with our support.
We are firmly convinced that this partnership lays the foundation for a promising future in apprenticeship training and the working world. Together, we are creating synergies that enable our apprentices not only to excel in their own specialist areas but also to think and work across disciplines. 💡
