We are very pleased to have been awarded the prestigious Leading Employer Certificate 2025 again this year! 🎉
This once again places us among the top 1% of employers in Austria – an award that makes us proud and underlines our commitment to a sustainable, employee-oriented corporate culture.
📍The festive awards ceremony took place on 21 May 2025 in Vienna. Representing AGS on site: Tobias Kohlbauer, who personally accepted the award and can also be seen in the official event photos.
🔍 What is Leading Employers?
LEADING EMPLOYERS is an independent award that has been presented annually since 2017 – completely free from influence by companies, business and/or politics. Unlike many individual studies, it combines a wide range of factors such as:
👉 employee satisfaction
👉 attractiveness for apprentices
👉 corporate culture and sustainability
👉 media presence
👉 as well as results from external evaluations and HR trends
The basis is an analysis of over 250 freely accessible sources, which are evaluated neutrally and compared with one another. This creates an objective and comprehensive picture of employer quality.
