An automatic 30-position tool changer with barcode identification handles the order-specific tool selection. Components and machining programs are automatically recognised, process data is monitored live and relevant results are transmitted to the ERP system. 📊
Dust, chips and residues are removed directly during the process: a closed extraction cabin, a funnel system and a waste conveyor belt with compressed air support ensure clean and safe working conditions.
