AGS-Sozialfonds: 2.860 Euro für Future for Children ❤️🤝Nachhaltigkeit ist bei uns kein Marketingschlagwort, sondern fester Bestandteil unseres unternehmerischen Handelns. Sie umfasst wirtschaftliche Stabilität, gesellschaftliches Engagement und ökologische Verantwortung, ganzheitlich und tief in unserer Unternehmenskultur verankert 🌱
In our social fund, we collect donations from the team throughout the year. Our CEO and founder Walter Kohlbauer doubles the amount at the end. This year (2025-26), 1,430 euros from the team became 2,860 euros 🙌
📚 The money goes to our heart's project: the "Help for Self-Help" project in Tanzania with Future for Children. We are supporting the construction of a school, a teacher's house as well as infrastructure such as drinking water wells and primary medical care 💧🩺 Because for us, sustainability also means creating opportunities!
🙌 Furthermore, we have been supporting charitable institutions and projects as well as regional voluntary work and education since 2006. For example:
• Clubs and associations of our employees such as brass bands, theatre groups, sports clubs, fire brigades etc.
• Schools (HTL support associations, class sponsorships etc.) as well as initiatives and events to promote STEM subjects
• the child prevention project and book "Flossen weg!" (Hands off!)
• acute social emergencies, often mediated through close contacts with local institutions
For AGS, economic success is inextricably linked to social responsibility. 🤝
