Our employees are our most valuable asset. For this reason, we make use of the opportunity for recognition to our employees. Equal pay, joint activities, work in comfortable surroundings, beverages and fruit for the taking, pension insurance and constant training, ensure motivated employees.

The welfare of our employees is dear to us. Together with OÖ Gebietskrankenkasse, we have been implementing "Occupational Health Promotion" since 2015. Our Goal is to maintain or improve the health and well-being in the workplace.


We are socially accountable in a variety of ways. We sponsor associations and events in our region, and each year we support families in need.

As partners of the HTL Ried and Braunau we support the schools financially and with our know-how in joint projects.

In the hot spot Innviertel, which was generated for schools from the 5th grade onwards, we act as providers of various education opportunities in the field of technology/innovation.

Furthermore, it is a great need for us to live voluntarily as a company and motivate our employees. We enable the employees, of course as far as possible, to be free to participate voluntarily. The Management, as well as the employees are aware of the social responsibility and are engaged in choirs, the parish council, the volunteer fire brigade, Sports Clubs and the red cross.
