Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to expand the customer base
- Responsibility for sales and sales targets and management of the sales team
- Setting company targets and monitoring performance
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying new cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs and competitors to continuously optimize sales strategies
- Working closely with our marketing team and other departments
- Strategic coordination with the company management and reporting
What you bring with you:
- A friendly and open personality
- A degree in international management, sales, entrepreneurship, marketing or a comparable subject area
- Several years of experience in a senior sales role, ideally in the field of automation and special machine construction
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets
- Sound understanding of sales processes, sales strategies, customer management and market developments
- Motivation to think entrepreneurially, social skills and strong communication skills
- Enjoy actively helping to shape the company’s success and have a strong hands-on mentality
