Your tasks:

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to expand the customer base
  • Responsibility for sales and sales targets and management of the sales team
  • Setting company targets and monitoring performance
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying new cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs and competitors to continuously optimize sales strategies
  • Working closely with our marketing team and other departments
  • Strategic coordination with the company management and reporting

What you bring with you:

  • A friendly and open personality
  • A degree in international management, sales, entrepreneurship, marketing or a comparable subject area
  • Several years of experience in a senior sales role, ideally in the field of automation and special machine construction
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Sound understanding of sales processes, sales strategies, customer management and market developments
  • Motivation to think entrepreneurially, social skills and strong communication skills
  • Enjoy actively helping to shape the company’s success and have a strong hands-on mentality
